Your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns of products within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product is unopened and in its original condition. If your product is damaged during shipping or if it is lost, please contact us immediately at returns@omnicarecbd.com. Please inspect your items carefully when your order arrives and contact us within 48 hours to report any damaged items. We will address the issue in accordance with our Returns Policy. Damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying OmniCare CBD. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping products back to OmniCare CBD. All requests for a refund require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) If a return is accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When you request a return you will receive an email confirmation back within 24-48 hours, Monday - Friday (except holidays), confirming your request has been processed.
